• have proven experience in agile projects
• have broad knowledge in agile procedures and methods
• now how to test in an agile environment and have an eye for quality
• are proficient in at least one test automation technology (e.g. Selenium, Ranorex, SoapUI)
• can program more than "Hello World" (e.g. in Python, Java, C#)
  can handle common software development tools
• see learning as a culture that you demand, but also promote
• respect XP values like communication, simplicity, feedback, courage and respect as essential in your work. (We value this mindset very much and it forms the core of our engineering and testing culture.)

Everybody is different; personal requirements and circumstances aren’t the same. We know this and therefore we also know how important it is to look for individual solutions. Flexibility in time and location at work? Attending conferences, meetups or workshops? Latest publications for further education? Whatever it is: tell us what is important to you.

We are an international company. However, a lot of our projects are with German speaking partners and/or customers. Sound knowledge of German and English and your willingness to travel occasionally is therefore a basic requirement for successful project work.
