We are a technology services agency run by innovative and passionate people. We help create the next generation of software testers and their agile teams.

Our event team organize the biggest agile software testing conference in Europe with 700+ international participants. Additionally, we host an Open Air conference and a learning festival in Chicago, IL. The training team enacts expertise and imparts knowledge about design sprints, software testing, and more. 

We are looking for a marketing expert to join our team in Berlin. You’ll work closely with the training and events team to market our conferences and trainings.

As a Marketing Manager ...

• You will develop and manage from concept to execution marketing (online & offline) activities to strengthen our brand position.
• You will be responsible for planning and goal-setting marketing activities across all the Brand Channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, Instagram, etc).
• You will have email marketing skills with the ability to generate, proof, advise and brainstorm innovative content.
• You have a passion for writing and a great appetite for content, news, blog posts. 
• You are up-to-date with the online marketing and social media trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) of working within the marketing field
• Degree in marketing communications or equivalent
• Strong discernment skills, with the ability to quickly prioritize while remaining agile
• You are happy to work independently as well as co-creatively.
• Very good verbal & written communication skills in both English & German
• Experience working with various marketing and content tools such as Mailchimp, Hootsuite, canva etc.
• Strong structural and analysing skills as well as critical thinking 

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with working in an agile environment
• Social media paid ads knowledge
• Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
• Video creating and editing experience
• Ability to think out of the box and not afraid of making mistakes
