We are a technology services agency run by innovative and passionate people. We help create the next generation of software testers and their agile teams.

Our events team organises the biggest agile software testing conference in Europe with 700+ international participants. The training team enacts expertise and imparts knowledge about design sprints, software testing, and more. 

We are looking for a social media & content manager to join our team in Berlin. You’ll work closely with the training and events team to understand who our customers are.

As a Social Media & Content Manager you will...

• Be responsible for the social media & content management of our social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook)
• Monitor and moderate our social channels and respond to questions and comments from the community as well as initiate communications
• Be responsible for our newsletter and for creating content for our community page
• Develop, improve and execute the content strategy within the marketing team
• Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push our brand

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1+ year(s) of working within the social media marketing / communication field
• Degree in marketing, communications, social media management or equivalent
• Knowledge & Experience in working with Twitter (X), Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram etc.
• You enjoy composing texts of any kind
• Very good verbal & written communication skills in both English & German
• Be comfortable to be in front of the camera
• Strong discernment skills, with the ability to quickly prioritize while remaining agile
• You are happy to work independently as well as co-creatively.
• You enjoy contact with people and have a flair for a diverse community
• You are creative and proactive person, who is open for new challenges 

Nice to have skills:

• Social media paid ads knowledge
• Experience with working with Slack, Hootsuite (or similar tool), Youtube
• Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO)
• Experience with working in an agile environment
• Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
• Ability to think out of the box and not afraid of making mistakes

We are an international company. However, a lot of our projects are with German speaking partners and/or customers. Sound knowledge of German and English and your willingness to travel occasionally is therefore a basic requirement for successful project work.
