If you enjoy sharing your knowledge in our trainings and, more personally, as a coach with our clients, then we are eager to hear more about your interests and experience.

• have proven and extensive project experience (preferably also in agile projects) 
• have a broad knowledge of agile approaches and methods 
• are an expert in software testing and working with requirements (preferably with the relevant certifications)
• have a talent for the technical aspects of IT (e.g. test automation or artificial intelligence)
• are a coach and facilitator in the service of your clients
• ideally have already worked as a trainer
• have some experience with collaboration tools, as some of our trainings are conducted LIVE online
• are confident at all levels of an organization and feel comfortable in the spotlight
• see learning as a culture, which you demand but also promote
• respect XP values such as communication, simplicity, feedback, courage and respect as the core of your work (we value this mindset very much, it is the core of our culture).

Everybody is different; personal requirements and circumstances aren’t the same. We know this and therefore we also know how important it is to look for individual solutions. Flexibility in time and location at work? Attending conferences, meetups or workshops? Latest publications for further education? Whatever it is: tell us what is important to you.

We are an international company. However, a lot of our projects are with German speaking partners and/or customers. Sound knowledge of German and English and your willingness to travel occasionally is therefore a basic requirement for successful project work.

Since we want to keep growing in the training area, we are especially happy if you bring along ideas for new training formats and a little sales talent.
