Diversity Charter: We work and live diversity!

trendig has signed the Diversity Charter and is thus committed to promoting diversity and respect as well as creating a climate of acceptance and mutual trust in the workplace and towards customers and business partners. Organisations that sign the Diversity Charter commit to creating a working environment that is free of prejudice and where all team members are valued - regardless of gender and gender identity, nationality, ethnic origin, religion and belief, disability, age, sexual orientation and identity.

The Diversity Charter was launched in 2006 to promote the appreciation and inclusion of diversity in the world of work in Germany. Patron of the initiative is German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
