In addition to our colleagues, our customers are the focus of our training coordinators - regardless of whether they are still looking for the right training or are already in the expert hands of our trainers in our offices. We want them to feel comfortable and in good hands, and we want you to enjoy creating the right atmosphere of well-being. When you're not looking after your customers, you'll be writing training offers, answering customer and partner enquiries via LiveChat, telephone and e-mail (not all at the same time, of course) and managing orders of all kinds. If you also have ideas in the area of marketing, that's perfect. Don't worry, you won't be the only one holding all the strings, you do have two colleagues. But according to your nature, you should love juggling tasks for this job and have fun and interest in fulfilling customer wishes.
