We are a technology services agency run by innovative and passionate people. We help create the next generation of software testers and their agile teams.
Our event team organize the biggest agile software testing conference in Europe with 700+ international participants. Additionally, we host an Open Air conference and a learning festival in Chicago, IL. The training team enacts expertise and imparts knowledge about design sprints, software testing, and more.
We are looking for a content writer to join our team in Berlin. You’ll work closely with the marketing team, the training team and the events team to publish the contents of our conferences and trainings.
As a Marketing Manager ...
- You will create and manage content for our marketing activities from concept to execution (online & offline) to strengthen our brand position.
- You will be co-responsible for planning and goal-setting marketing activities across all the Brand Channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, etc).
- You will have email marketing skills with the ability to generate, proof, advise and brainstorm innovative content.
- You are up-to-date with the online marketing and social media trends.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- You have a passion for writing (content, news, blog posts).
- You have profound content marketing knowledge, worked in journalism and/or Public Relations
- You have a degree in (marketing) communications or equivalent
- You have very good verbal & written communication skills in both English & German
- You have strong empathy and intuition
- You have the ability to quickly prioritize while remaining agile
- You have strong structural and analysing skills as well as critical thinking
Nice to have skills:
- Experience with working in an agile environment
- Experience in the field of technology and software engineering
- Ability to think out of the box and not afraid of making mistakes
