Our events team organises the biggest agile software testing conference in Europe with 700+ international participants. The training team enacts expertise and imparts knowledge about design sprints, software testing, and more.
We are looking for a social media & content manager to join our team in Berlin. You’ll work closely with the training and events team to understand who our customers are.
As a Social Media & Content Manager you will...
- Be responsible for the social media & content management of our social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook)
- Monitor and moderate our social channels and respond to questions and comments from the community as well as initiate communications
- Be responsible for our newsletter and for creating content for our community page
- Develop, improve and execute the content strategy within the marketing team
- Find new marketing and outreach opportunities to push our brand

Qualifications & Requirements:
- 1+ year(s) of working within the social media marketing / communication field
- Degree in marketing, communications, social media management or equivalent
- Knowledge & Experience in working with Twitter (X), Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram etc.
- You enjoy composing texts of any kind
- Very good verbal & written communication skills in both English & German
- Be comfortable to be in front of the camera
- Strong discernment skills, with the ability to quickly prioritize while remaining agile
- You are happy to work independently as well as co-creatively.
- You enjoy contact with people and have a flair for a diverse community
- You are creative and proactive person, who is open for new challenges
Nice to have skills:
- Social media paid ads knowledge
- Experience with working with Slack, Hootsuite (or similar tool), Youtube
- Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO)
- Experience with working in an agile environment
- Experience with Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Ability to think out of the box and not afraid of making mistakes
