Jana Noack is Managing Director of trendig GmbH and works with teams as a bridge builder when collaboration has become difficult, unclear, or stuck. She listens carefully, asks the right questions, and helps uncover the common ground a team can genuinely build on.

Her strength lies in bringing together different perspectives and identifying what really matters. She combines entrepreneurial experience with a strong instinct for communication, collaboration, and change. She is especially interested in what causes projects, processes, or conversations to stall: Which expectations have not been voiced? Where are misunderstandings developing? Which roles, goals, or decision-making processes are unclear?

In IT projects, quality initiatives, and the introduction of AI, the technical issue is often only part of the challenge. Just as important is whether people are involved, whether the way of working actually supports the goal, and whether teams are able to contribute the knowledge and experience they already have.

Design Sprints fit particularly well with Jana’s way of working. They bring structure to open questions, combine creativity with focus, and help teams move from uncertainty to tangible results in a short period of time. Jana makes sure the method never becomes an end in itself; the focus stays on the actual challenge and on the people who have to work with the outcome.

Jana has 20 years of professional experience, much of it as a Managing Partner and Managing Director of small and medium-sized companies working with major international clients. She has supported numerous organizations in areas including digital transformation, communication, quality, and collaboration.

Jana is committed to Nonviolent Communication and diverse teams. Outside work, she most enjoys being active outdoors.
