innovations for lasting quality

Markets change rapidly. There are many ideas – but only a few become robust solutions that fit into the everyday life of teams and survive in operation: new digital servicesimproved processesorganisation-wide collaboration or meaningful AI integration. trendig stands for digital quality and digital resilience throughout the entire software life cycle. This is exactly where we start with innovation: pragmatic, user-centred and in such a way that results work sustainably.

We help you to identify drivers, goals and risks associated with new projects – and to turn assumptions into testable hypotheses. Together, we develop concepts that bring together customer valuetechnological reality and teamworkuser-centric design with a clear focus on feasibilitymaintainabilitysecurity and sustainable quality.

To ensure that innovation does not get stuck, we strengthen your team processes and collaboration: clear decision-making paths, shared goals, clean interfaces between productdesigndevelopment and quality assurance. This creates momentum – without technical debt as follow-up costs and with a basis for continuous improvement.

A particular focus is on AI integration into processes and teams: we integrate AI not only as a tool, but as a structural element in work processes, roles, responsibilities and quality criteria – right up to collaboration with AI as a ‘team member’. This includes governanceprompt and knowledge structureshuman-in-the-loopquality assurance and operability.

For focused problem and solution phases, we use proven formats such as (Google) design/product sprints, discovery workshops, prototyping and experiment design – always with the aim of learning quickly, validating early and then robustly transferring to delivery, testing, operation and further development.

Google Design Sprints as a framework for digital product development

In order to create and test valuable solutions in a short time, we perform Product Design Sprints. Using this Google Ventures framework we work with a multi-disciplinary team that fully dedicates itself to the sprint for four days. That way we can address critical business questions through rapid prototyping and may get instant user feedback. Sprints help us to reach clearly defined goals and deliverables and gain key learning insights. The process helps to spark innovation, encourage user-centered thinking, align your team under a shared vision and get you to implement solutions or launch new products faster.
