your trainer Anja Richter

Anja is the garden queen among our trainers. Her passion for nature is not only evident in her garden, but also in her approach as a trainer in software testing. She sees her trainings like the growth of a garden: she prepares the right soil, sows the seeds of knowledge and accompanies the growth and deepening of understanding so that the participants can apply what they have learned step by step. With 14 years of experience in software development and software testing, including in app development and the semiconductor industry, she brings a wealth of experience to her training courses. Anja has worked in software testing, QA and test management throughout her career, leading a team of QA experts as Head of QA. As a Scrum Master and Agile Coach, she has also helped teams to work even more
agile and efficiently.

With her open communication, Anja ensures that her training sessions are not only informative but also entertaining. Whether North German, Berlin or Saxon - her variety of dialects brings every session to life.

In her private life, Anja is a passionate dog and cat lover and a big fan of alternative music. She enjoys going to punk concerts with friends, where she lives out the passion and spirit of the music to the full. She finds peace in yoga and in the garden, where she passionately grows fruit and vegetables. In her training sessions, she is just like in her garden – always keen to get the best out of every situation and to promote it with a lot of heart and passion.
