Björn is Agile Coach and Trainer (CST). He has more than 15 years of experience in software development and that is the reason why he knows the typical challenges in the realization of IT-projects.
As a consultant he pushes the processes of development and passes his knowledge and his experiences about Scrum to colleagues and costumers. As an organizer of the Agile Coach Camp in Germany he supports the growing agile community in Germany.
