Dr. Guido Hoffmann has been active in project management in a wide range of industries for over 20 years. At the same time, he is accredited and active as a PRINCE2® and ITIL® trainer, trainer for cloud computing and cyber security, and lecturer at Saarland University. He is a trainer at the iTSM Group, whose core business focuses on digital transformation in enterprise service management.
