Jana Noack is Managing Director of trendig GmbH and the clarifier among trainers: She listens closely, asks the right questions, and makes complex situations understandable so that teams can move forward again.
Her strength lies in identifying what truly matters from many different perspectives. In her work, she combines entrepreneurial experience with a keen sense for communication, collaboration, and change. She is interested in why projects, processes, or conversations get stuck: Which expectations remain unspoken? Where do misunderstandings arise? Which roles, goals, or decision-making paths are unclear?
Especially in IT projects, quality-related topics, or the introduction of AI, it often becomes clear that the technical question is only one part of the challenge. What matters just as much is whether people are involved, whether processes are sustainable, and whether teams can contribute the knowledge they already have.
