Pierre is the team spirit enthusiast among our trainers. As a handball player and test coach he knows how much more you can achieve together than alone. For him, every training session is a joint expedition with the participants, where there are so many other things to experience and learn in addition to the training content.

For more than 15 years Pierre has been working in different areas of the software development process. After excursions into project and product management, his passion led him back to the exploration of different software products. He was able to advance companies in various industries such as medical technology, automotive, vehicle construction and production engineering and also successfully brought his expertise to public administration. His passion in these projects was the introduction to agile testing and test automation. He was particularly interested in the challenge of incorporating normative requirements into short agile cycles without producing waste.

Besides his own handball games he never misses a game of his children to cheer and support them. Moreover, he also likes to go for a walk to make his 10,000 steps a day. When he has no one to talk to, he likes to listen to podcasts to learn more about different topics.
