The PRINCE2® core principles
The 7 PRINCE2® core principles are:
- continuous business justification,
- learning from experience,
- roles and responsibilities,
- control by management phases,
- control by exception,
- product orientation,
- adapting to the project environment.
The PRINCE2® practices and processes
The project manager should master the 7 PRINCE2® practices in order to successfully execute their project. The PRINCE2® processes describe the necessary activities for planning, delegating, monitoring, and controlling a project.
The PRINCE2® management products
PRINCE2® describes 26 different templates of documents that can be used to control the project. These are so-called baseline products, which have a defining character, as well as records and reports.
Applying PRINCE2® in practice
Through practical exercises and examples, you will learn how to adapt the application possibilities of PRINCE2® to your own work. Our trainers have enough experience to explain your individual questions from practice and link them to the solution approaches according to PRINCE2®.

The training is suitable for anyone who participates in or manages projects, regardless of previous experience or industry knowledge.
prerequisites
By participating in the training, you fulfill the necessary requirements to obtain certification from PeopleCert®.
exam & certification
After the certification exam, which you can take online or in writing, you will receive your personal certificate from PeopleCert®, the globally recognized standard for project management.
You’ll have 60 minutes to answer 60 exam questions (single or multiple choice) – or 75 minutes if English is not your native language.
To pass the exam, you’ll need to answer at least 36 questions correctly, achieving a score of 60%.
You’ll receive your provisional result immediately after completing the test. Your official international e-certificate from PeopleCert® will be available in your personal PeopleCert® account within 48 hours of successfully passing the exam.
We’ll take care of the exam registration for you. The exam fee is charged in full on behalf of the certification body PeopleCert®. Please note that the purchase of the exam is now mandatory and directly linked to participation in the PRINCE2® training, as required by the official accreditor PeopleCert®.
