Gustavo is an independent consultant and trainer in "Software Quality Management", specialized in "Requirements Engineering" and "Software Testing". With an experience of more than 25 years in the IT field, he has worked with international, public and private organizations.
He actively participates in the IT community, is a member of IEEE and IIBA. Since 2007 he has been involved with SSTQB (the Spanish branch of ISTQB), of which he is a board member. He is also a supporting member of IREB, the Requirements Engineering Board. His involvement in these organizations allows him to be constantly involved in new topics and to continue his education.Gustavo believes that the best way to provide a good service (support, guidance, and training) to clients involves both soft and technical skills. Regarding soft skills, he is involved in projects and services, looking for ways to achieve better communication with the different people involved, in order to understand their needs while communicating effectively. He believes that software products have an impact that goes beyond business and can have a greater or lesser impact on society. For this reason, he is committed to the ACM Code of Ethics.
